CAJAL Summer School on Neuroscience and AI
Tim participated in a three-week CAJAL Summer School on NeuroAI held at the Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown in Lisbon, Portugal. This new program brought together an interdisciplinary group of researchers to explore how deep learning can be used to analyze and model brain activity and behavior.
Participants had the opportunity to learn from a remarkable group of leading experts, including Chris Summerfield (University of Oxford), Srini Turaga (Janelia), Kevin Miller (Google DeepMind), Jonathan Pillow (Princeton University), Fabian Sinz (Georg-August-Universität Göttingen), Leyla Isik (Johns Hopkins University), Jacob Yates (University of California, Berkeley), Martin Schrimpf (EPFL), among many others.
